pride_of_erinHow much am I freakin' loving this new season of Stargate: Atlantis?! A whole lot more than I liked the first couple of episodes from last season that's for sure.
I'm adoring all the McShep interaction - bickering and double entendres FTW! Although, am I the only one who got just slightly bored with the constant barrage of "I don't have time, this isn't easy" Rodney rants? I don't know, I think they played that angle a little too much, it just got repetitive instead of funny. But, oh god, PENETRATE! The writers do this on purpose just for the slashers, I know it.
Props to Elizabeth in this ep - as annoying as I found her at times, she really came through in the end. I'm sad to see her go, but at least she went out admirably, instead of stupidly and pointlessly...*coughCarsoncough*
But the most shocking part of Ep2 for me? HOLY SHIT, TEYLA USED A CONTRACTION!!! SHE SAID "DON'T" INSTEAD OF "DO NOT"! Seriously, I had to rewind to make sure I wasn't hearing things - she said it in that scene with Ronon.
