I just found out that as of 20 minutes ago I'm an Auntie for the seventh time - my sister, Michelle, had a little girl. She named her Carly Dianne (which I am still WTF-ing about - no offense to all the Carlys out there, but it's kind of an ugly name. Oh, well, at least it's a normal name, and not something 'unique' and weird), the middle name is after my mother. And she has the same birthday (June 30) as one of my other nieces, which is probably going to annoy my other sister, because she's weird like that.

Anyhoo, I guess I'll be going to see them tomorrow, seeing as how it's after midnight here. It's exciting though, since there hasn't been a girl born in my family in nine years, just a bunch of boys.

Ya think? I dunno - I never really found it asthetically pleasing. Plus, it reminds me of a Carly who lives across the street from us. And it hasn't been a popular name for at least 20 years.

Heh, probably. Her brother is already spoiled, but that's because he's a manipulative little demon who's very good at conning people into doing what he wants. I'm still convinced it's because his name is Ryan, heh. Anyway, I have a feeling those two will be in constant competition for who can scam more out of their parents.
