Randomness in the life of Erin
Aug. 20th, 2008 06:40 pm1. My business admin. course is going pretty good - boring as hell, but I am doing a bit of socialising, which I was in desperate need of. Also, have broken my bad habit of two-finger typing and finally learned how to touch-type the proper way - yay!
2. Have developed a small but rather inappropriate crush on the only male in my class. He's only seventeen! I feel like such a dirty, dirty old woman. Yet this does not stop me from staring fascinatedly at the glimpses of his lovely stomach/snail trail I get when his shirt rides up whenever he stretches his arms. Which he does awfully frequently :o)
3. I hate winter. I am so bloody sick of freezing my arse off when I have to catch the damn train at 7:20am from the train station, which is located in what is essentially a giant hole, where no sunlight penetrates until at least 10am. Sure, laugh at the thin-blooded Aussie, but if I was ever forced to live in a place where it actually snows, I'd probably die.
4. So far, I'm really not loving Season 5 of SGA. Yeah, there have been some good episodes, but the slashy vibe has been virtually non-existant. Dammit, I need my McShep love and I need it now!
5. Can somebody please confirm that yes, I actually did go to New York a couple of months ago? Because I've reached the point where I feel like maybe I dreamed the whole thing. Seriously, I look my photos and stuff I brought back and it's like I'm looking at someone else's stuff.
